We strive to make each garment with the highest quality of workmanship and quality control. Your happiness, comfort, and confidence in wearing Meetfirst clothing is so important to us, as it is part of our company core values.
We hope is that you will enjoy your MeeFirst clothing, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or did not meet your expectations, we are driven in making your experience as easy as possible.
MeeFirst Return policy for products:
Extended Holiday Return Period: Purchases made after 11/21/2022 and prior to 12/26/2022 can be returned through 1/31/2023.
- MeeFirst offers a 30-Day refund on any product purchases. If your unhappy with a product for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, of the purchase price excluding shipping and handling.
- For returns, simply follow the instructions below.
- Please be advised that no returns are accepted for a refund after the 30-day window for any reason.
Condition of product:
- The products remain unopened and unused;
- The original product packaging and labeling is unaltered and free from damage;
- The products are in a condition such that it is a commercially reasonable practice within the trade to sell the merchandise at full price; and
- The product contains current MeeFirst labeling. Any merchandise that is clearly identified at the time of sale as
- Non-returnable, discontinued, or as a seasonal item, shall not be resalable.
- We will not accept returned goods that have been work, do not have original packaging and show signs of use.
- Kindly note: If you were charged shipping for your purchase, the original fees are not refundable.
Return Process:
- All returns, must be made as follows:
- Please follow the process at: https://flexreturnapp.com/s/meefirst-9003.
- Once you complete the form on the "Returns Portal Link," you will receive a confirmation email of your return request.
- MeeFirst will review your return request with-in 1-3 business days (not including weekends and or holidays).
- Once approved:
- A Prepaid label will be generated and sent to to the email supplied
- Place this label on the carton/shipping bag and drop the parcel at your local courier.
- We suggest to use the same shipping bag/box.
- Kindly note: $12.00 will be deducted from your refund using our prepaid shipping label.
- With this method, a tracking number is provided.

Refunds /Credit:
- Once the returned item(s) have been received, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
- Typically, a credit will appear on our credit card statement within 1-2 billing cycles of receiving the returned product and approval of return.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at customerservice@meefirst.com.
Exchange Process:
Currently we do not offer exchanges. Please follow the return policy steps for the items you wish to exchange and visit us to submit a new order for your new items.
