Shipping Fees and Delivery Times
We promise to send you your order as soon as possible. It may take up to 48 business hours to process your order. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- Orders of $74.99 and below:
- Shipping charge: $12.00.
- Delivery time: Standard 2-6 business days.
- Orders of $75 and above:
- Shipping charge: Free.
- Delivery time: Priority 2-3 business days.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Which countries does MeeFirst ship to:
Currently, MeeFirst ships to addresses within the United States addresses only.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
MeeFirst ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
Damages
MeeFirst is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
*Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim to the shipment carrier.
Returned product due to invalid delivery address:
- If an address is not entered correctly, your order will be returned to our distribution center.
- Once returned, we will notify you, via email of the returned order. And will re-process the shipment, once confirmation of correct address has been received.
- Please note: Any applicable tax and shipping charges will apply.
